I had to change the plastic harness connection as others have mentioned in the reviews. After installation, when I tried to install the USB cable and plug it back into the holder, one of the USB connectors came loose. Now we have to take everything apart again.

I gave these items (I bought two of these) 3 stars because they actually fit the dash opening and work fine from a USB point of view. They also have a cool backlight inside, a different color for each port. In terms of setup, you should be ready to shave. By default they wanted to fit into my slots upside down. Not ideal but does the job quite well. I connected the USB charging port to power the main unit. I can connect to Android Auto and charge another phone at the same time. Fits in the factory slot with some modifications. This is easy, you just need to sharpen a little at the top and bottom.

Pretty good product, USB and charging port work very well. The dimensions are perfect for the 2006 Nissan Pathfinder, however I had to make some adjustments to the top and bottom teeth for the part to snap into place. Nothing complicated or serious, easy installation but I would like better compatibility. Connecting to the Pioneer App Radio 4 is very quick, with CarPlay launching within seconds. All in all a good product and recommended.

Installed on a 2006 Nissan Xterra. As previously mentioned, you will need to trim the top of the clip to fit the cavity. I only used a utility knife to make relief cuts so I could just break off small pieces of plastic. Plus, it's a very easy way to connect your smartphone to your new aftermarket radio via Apple's CarPlay or Android's Auto. By connecting to the nearest 12V power port, you can also use another USB port for direct charging.

Product works as advertised for my 2008 Nissan Titan. However, I have a few complaints that I would like to resolve. Pros: Goes well with my Apple CarPlay and the charger works fine.
