Like other reviewers, I found this charger to have trouble connecting to an outlet. The pins are too narrow so it keeps slipping out of the socket. I switched to an extension cord to avoid this problem. However, this usually stops charging my 2019 16" MacBook Pro after 10-20 seconds after a few weeks of use. The overload protection disables the charger so you have to unplug it to reset it. When I hear the faint click of that reset I can plug it back in and charge another 10-20 seconds before it dies again. I decided to leave it untouched and get a refund instead.
