Review on Hifonics TPS-BT1 Marine & Powersports Bluetooth Source Unit (Black) – Dash Mounted, Backlit, RCA Output, Fingertip Joystick (Power/Volume/Tracks/Play Controls) by Nico Ramdeen

Bought this bluetooth button to pair with a Thor 5 channel amp. I liked that it was a button and no buttons like most nautical things. I also liked that there was an aux port on the bottom to plug in. The first one I got was DOA. The seller replaced it for me. The second worked, however the music randomly paused on my phone while playing. There was no discernible pattern and I had no problems with other Bluetooth devices. I tried it with two other phones with the same result. I ended up removing the knob and replacing it with a JL Audio MBT-CRX which doesn't have the weird pause and has a much better sound.
