Review on Speck Products BalanceFolio Case And Stand For (2017) IPad 9 by John Holliday

I really like the product and overall it's good but the customer service sucks. I had two such cases about a year ago and both had cracks in the plastic parts and on the second attempt to have it replaced under warranty it was ignored. I did everything said in the warranty section and waited over a month with no response and even wrote a follow up email but still no response. If that's how they treat their customers, then I don't want anything to do with them anymore. So if you are looking for a sticky case for your devices, look elsewhere because if you have a problem they will just push you aside and hope you go.
