The lettering looks very unprofessional. Incorrect spacing and orientation. Low quality.

I was very happy about the new patches for my service dog. Her usual canine PTSD patches say nothing about her lack of distractions, and because she is so unique, people make a fuss of her by asking lots of questions when she goes out. (Note: Please do not speak to trainers when they are deploying their pets). While she's fine with that, it's stressful for me, so I wanted to try the disclaimer patch. I received it and was immediately disappointed. The quality compared to their old patches is much lower. They're about twice as thin as the previous two brands I bought her, and the letters don't line up in the same horizontal plane on each line. There are funny gaps in the words (especially the vowels - worst of all, but none of the letters fit in any direction) and it looks like the font is straight out of a bad man-made horror movie in the way it randomly stretches or shortened. in places. (A black lagoon typewriter?) - Looks like they can't have even and accurate spacing for the patch size. It looks like a joke and nowhere near as professional as their old ones. I am extremely disappointed. The only plus was the cost. It was about ยฃ6.00 less than buying the other two I would have bought (but then maybe I got what I expected and overall wanted). I simply believe that a service animal patch should send a professional and clear message. They look unprofessional and the type/font is blurry in places. Definitely disappointed. I will have to purchase another set from another retailer to replace these. Hopefully they get a refund so I shouldn't fall out of the total cost. I had high hopes.
