NOT 50 " tall sprinkler

I actually really like this sprinkler. I have had another one from a well-known lawn sprinkler company and this sprinkler seems better built and overall higher quality. You can easily adjust the height of the legs which I do frequently. You can also adjust it so the water sprays 360 degrees. Or, you can adjust it to spray a relatively narrow strip. This style is extremely adjustable which is why I really like this style of sprinkler. I have found that by extending 2 of the 3 legs all the way and then extending the 3rd leg a little lower you can throw the water a very long way.The reason for only four stars is the very misleading statements about it being 50" tall. When the legs are properly extended for the best stability the height of the sprinkler is about 44". It is only 50" if you put the legs very close together and therefore remove all stability. I highly doubt this sprinkler can be used with the legs this close together. In the picture you can see what it takes to make the sprinkler a 50" sprinkler.Overall, I think this is a great sprinkler with a ton of flexible sprinkling options but it is NOT a 50" sprinkler. As long as that works for you, I think this is a great purchase!
