CAT PARENTS PLEASE BEWARE! NOT SUITABLE FOR OLDER CATS! Please read the full review - a few questions!

Ie I'm going to be extremely direct in my review - am I happy with this product, yes, but was I happy with how the company is so ridiculously vague with their 'so-called' building instructions. absolutely not! I couldn't believe how difficult it was to assemble just based on the "blueprints" how to put it together. First, you must provide serious written instructions, not just "blueprints" for assembly. Trying to put this together based on "drawings" only was so ridiculous, frustrating and just pissed me off! Not to mention that I had to cancel and redo some parts multiple times because judging by the "blueprints" I didn't get it right multiple times. None of your actual parts are marked with the letters/numbers they are marked with in the owner's manual so you have no idea which part is which except to visually match it with the picture. So here are the issues I'm having with the actual product, and there are definitely some big issues for me. Again - to be clear to other "cat parents" - this is definitely NOT a good choice for older cats! Yes, it might look good to help them with sports and such, but unfortunately that's not the case with my two older cats. The cat hammock that I took off and just put one of their cat beds underneath because it was so close to the level 1 "ceiling" that none of my cats would even try, even after trying to carefully place it there. I've tried adjusting it lower, but due to the wooden poles and the way the ropes are attached, there's no way to adjust it lower without bending the metal hooks. It's also not the easiest for my cats. maneuver as indicated. My 8 year old cat still only gets into a level 1 cat apartment and he is still a very good jumper/climber. for being just a big lazy boy, laughing, or not easily maneuvering to get to the top. My 16 year old cat has trouble getting down when I put her in either an apartment or on a bed so now I have to buy her a cat ramp or ladder in hopes that she uses it and is comfortable. enough to use that now too. Cat bed"pockets". My 8 year old cat weighs about 12 pounds and my 16 year old cat weighs about 9 pounds to just start with. I left the "bags" there for now, otherwise I'd have to completely disassemble the whole thing just to take them off and put them back together. My 8 year old cat literally stretches out all 4 "paws" like "eagles outstretched" when I tried to gently lay it on him at least twice. I don't know if that scares him or if he's too small, but he definitely doesn't like it and doesn't seem to show even the slightest interest in using them, let alone that the "pouches" aren't that easy . to maneuver to even climb inside. All in all, I'd really like to know that this product is actually the same because I wouldn't waste my money and would buy a much better senior-friendly "Cat Condo Palace" instead. I actually got it because it had 2 in total for my two cats and it "looked" like they could maneuver and use - which unfortunately again isn't and now I'm stuck with that.
