We had an excellent experience as clients of tailormatedour - we used them for our tour around India, Nepal & Bhutan (TBT). They were very helpful throughout planning process from initial meeting until final handover at airport/train station etc., even when things went wrong they helped us out immediately without any hesitation or excuses. There is nothing that I dislike about this service provider so far which makes me think twice before using some other services providers again next time. The only thing was missing would be better support during emergencies like flight delays / train cancellations but everything else has been great till now!! Would definitely recommend TMT team to all my friends who want best travel partners across different countries and continents. Their expertise lies within traveling business class passengers and international tourists wanting personalized attention while travelling overseas.
