Excellent experience using tailor made Tour services

The customer support team is very helpful, professional and prompt. It's great that this app works even without an internet connection. Because of our travel restrictions, it was very difficult for us to find a way to use the service during our stay in Thailand. This led me to choose TailorMadeTour as my accommodation booking platform. I'm very pleased by the quality of service provided by this platform. It enabled me to have access to booking all kinds of accommodations easily while traveling.

Excellent Service with high customer satisfaction

We had an excellent experience as clients of tailormatedour - we used them for our tour around India, Nepal & Bhutan (TBT). They were very helpful throughout planning process from initial meeting until final handover at airport/train station etc., even when things went wrong they helped us out immediately without any hesitation or excuses. There is nothing that I dislike about this service provider so far which makes me think twice before using some other services providers again next time.…

  • Excellent follow up by email after each booking inquiry received via phone call no need waiting long hours just calling back once you receive emails :)
