As I started building it my dad's voice echoed in my head, the "cheap Chinese Scrap" condemned. The design is good. It's a little on the flimsy side, but not bad. It just feels "cheap" like it should be $20 or $30 instead of $70. I haven't tried other brands. My husband and I work remotely so I bought one each to practice on deck, the weather is better now. One of the trays cracked when I opened the box, and even more when I set it down, and even more when I tried to move it, realizing it would get in the way of the cup holder.
