I hate these bags…and I really wanted to like them. I really wanted a trash bag that would be better for the environment. These are NOT what I had in mind! They rip easily, even when I’m just putting the EMPTY bag into the trash can, I end up ripping it or poking my finger through the bag. If you have anything more than 5lbs I’d trash, the bag will rip. I’ve resorted to doubling up bags in an effort to make them stronger, but all I’m doing it ripping two bags at once. This is NOT a bag for a kitchen trash can…maybe a bathroom or laundry room, where the most you’ll be putting in it is Q-tips and lint.
