Review on Joby GorillaPod Action Flexible Adapter by Abby Page

Terrible. What's up in Joby?

I bought my first Gorilla Pod about 10 years ago for my Canon 5dmkiii. The thing was enough for 6 years of continuous use. When he died a few years ago I bought a new version of the SLR and he died about a year later. Now I bought this little tripod 500 action cam and it didn't last 6 months only 20 times or so. The little pieces of plastic that attach the legs to the cracked ball head. In addition, the ball head is so tight that I cannot move the camera on a tripod. We bought this for our Sony RX100v (which they show in the product photos) and it barely has enough power to support it (it could be because ours is broken). What's up guys I loved your products. break moving parts in the legs.

Pros
  • ULTRA-STABLE. Rubberized rings and footrests ensure increased stability in difficult terrain. This portable module measures 1.57 x 1.57 x 8.07 inches and can be taken anywhere. It offers the stability and durability you need and can hold up to 500g for the photos you want.
Cons
  • So far so good
