Gun mechanism itself, high quality tubes and tips, easy to use and durable. Barrel loading is fine, but it would be easier if it were wider. Not a problem if you're cooking a small batch of 1-3 pounds, but it was noticeable if you're cooking 6 pounds or more. Cleanup was easy EXCEPT for that dual tip. The fibers were wrapped around the central slit and could only be removed with a toothpick, not with a brush. But the worst part is cleaning the contact between the plastic collet and the stainless steel core. The tip must be modified to provide a short cylindrical portion over which the collet can be slid for cleaning. If I had to struggle with cleaning every day I would return it.
