Wonderful tablets. I bought about four. One for me and 3 for my kids. Only one turned out to be defective and the customer service is outstanding. They come with a lifetime guarantee and the company honors this responsibility/guarantee with no issues. The best tablet I've bought and the best customer service I've ever received for a tech product on Amazon. Screen quality is impeccable, touch sensitive and has no issues, works flawlessly, has fast processing, fantastic basic storage options, screen size is perfect for me and the kids, there are case options on Amazon if you don't want to use the one that comes in The box comes for kids also comes with keyboard, mouse, screen protector. This is a great purchase at a more than fair price. Honestly, I wouldn't bother with any of the other tablets. I've tried a few like Dragon Touch and Chenlen. These two didn't last long and didn't offer anywhere near what this tablet and company does. This is the unsung hero of tablets. Hope this review helps someone else.
