This provides very good lighting in front of my monitor without causing any glare on the monitor. The ability to change the light spectrum and intensity is very nice. Minus - touch power control. Sometimes Power Touch works, sometimes it doesn't. According to my calculations, I have to turn off the power 7 times out of 10 to turn off the light. It turns on by touch about 8 times out of 10. When it's off I just have to leave it alone for a while and it starts working. Overall it works so well that I will continue to use it. However, I generally do not recommend light.
