I like to have my call centers connected to any part all over India & abroad so that I can serve my clients anywhere at any given moment. If there is something urgent or critical then everything works out. Nothing much because it's very efficient software. It's cheap also as compared to other call center softwares out there. If you're looking for good software at low price, then this is the product for you! We have used our mobile agents to receive calls from customers all over the country so far. It's easy to use interface is very user friendly which makes it easier for new users as well experienced ones too! I like that you can have multiple conversations at once but if one call drops then they all drop out of service or not able to answer incoming calls until another person answers them so this could be an improvement? Yes we love how quick our sales team gets back when customers need help now.
