NOT FOR ACRYLIC TANKS
Pros: I have a large 1/2 inch thick acrylic tank and the magnet is strong enough to hold both halves together as advertised. It appears to be well made and should last a long time. Cons: The inner brush is too rough for an acrylic tank. First I tested a small area and it stole the ACRYLIC aquarium. Nowhere in the description or on the packaging does it say it's not intended for acrylic. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER.
