My 1 daughter wears 2 and we bought these to keep her feet warm at home. She was around 18 months old when we bought them and chose a size 1-4 for toddlers and they fit her perfectly with room to grow. It is lined and very warm. Every time she takes them off her legs are covered in sweat. The downside is that my daughter tends to get sweaty feet. Whenever she wears them for a long time, they end up smelling. One star deducted for that. Not sure if it's because the slippers didn't have ventilation or if it's just my daughter's feet. Otherwise they have good grip, good construction and a great price!
