I returned mine. The hardware package was missing the securing nut. The unit is secured via a supplied bracket , screws, and one nut. That one nut was missing. I had experienced a hardware dilemma with another product and wasn’t willing to go through that again. That time it cost me an extra hour and aggravation. My view is that the securing method is a design flaw. The installation would be far superior if it could be screwed onto a standard round box available at hardware ,home improvement stores, and online, eliminating the need for a bracket. As designed, it’s secured by one little nut in conjunction with the bracket that is supposed to screw into a round box. The product does look good, made of aluminum, not plastic. I did not test functionality, which I assume is ok, hence the 3 stars across the board. The supplied gasket to keep weather out of the terminal box looks dubious at best.Impressive writeup, reminiscent of the catalogue guy (Petersen ?) on Seinfeld.
