Review on 💽 Seagate Exos X16 16TB Enterprise Hard Drive, 7200 RPM, 512e/4Kn, SATA 6Gb/s, 256MB Cache, 3.5-Inch (ST16000NM001G) by Jeff Bridgewater

I upgraded my QNAP NAS with 8 of these drives and was happy with the results. I went from 8 x 10TB to 8 x 16TB and the process involved rebuilding the array after replacing each drive, which took about a week (17 hours per drive). These discs are currently cheaper than comparable IronWolf series discs, which is surprising considering they perform better and are considered higher quality (hence the 'Enterprise' nickname).
