worked great until the pen broke after 20 hours of use. The pen that came with my pen is not the same and cannot be compared to the soft tip pen of the original tablet pen. However, it came with replacement parts that make no difference, apart from the color, which should differentiate the hardness of the tip. Now, in an ideal world, I could replace the pen, right? Well, it's so broken it can't be removed from the pen. If I bought it again, I would definitely do things differently. The pen comes first in a box that is slightly longer than the pen itself. The pen is packaged in its own protective sleeve which is great but I still see a low quality pen as stressed. So I would recommend swapping out the included stylus right away and not using the ones that come with them, or at least not using them for too long. Samsung doesn't sell pen tips separately, so it's best to find a reputable seller or use an older pen tip. You can also avoid headaches and buy directly from Samsung. Much luck!
