Fantastic Customer Service & Experienceable Software to Work With
It's easy for customers who are new at it because of its ease in use interface with other applications such as Salesforce! I have no complaints really just that sometimes when you try using some features they don't work so well but overall we've been happy using this product since day one. They do offer customer support if something goes wrong though which is nice too!! We used them before switching over from our previous software provider (which was not very good) and now everything has transferred smoothly into their platform without any problems whatsoever!
Pros
- Easy to maneuver around
- Ease of access within different parts like settings/security, etc.
- Customer service team available via email or phone number should an issue arise during normal business hours while working remotely away form home base office location.
- Very user friendly & efficient application tool designed specifically madefor sales people by those same persons whom sell products themselves every singleday!!! :)
- Great variety options offered along wth multiple levels o
