I liked that we could create one-off integrations between our products very easily - it was as simple as clicking "build" in Zapier! We can also now integrate with Hubspot which makes sending emails so much easier than manually exporting data into another tool like email services such as Mailchimp is helpful for marketing purposes (ease of use!). It's easy for customers who are new at it because of its ease in use interface with other applications such as Salesforce!
