I liked that we could create one-off integrations between our products very easily - it was as simple as clicking "build" in Zapier! We can also now integrate with Hubspot which makes sending emails so much easier than manually exporting data into another tool like email services such as Mailchimp is helpful for marketing purposes (ease of use!). It's not really any downsides at this time but perhaps more features would be nice? Also if you are looking just using Google sheets then there isn't anything else available out there yet unfortunately since other platforms have come along recently they may become obsolete shortly after launch. Using all 3 together allows us to automate tasks via multiple APIs seamlessly without having separate scripts/code running each process independently.
