This small camera is easy to hold because it is heavier than small pocket cameras and the grip is very comfortable. The wealth of features available with this camera makes it fun to use on the go and I love being able to just grab and capture the moment that comes to mind. I have yet to learn in practice everything this camera is capable of, but I have just returned from a holiday where I have used it in a variety of conditions and it has worked well. Superzoom is a great feature and I used it a lot and the camera was "on" a lot and the battery still saved battery life. I don't know much about cameras, so I wanted a simple off-the-shelf camera with a lot of potential. The panorama function is fun and the many setting options offer plenty of room for special effects. Video is a simple button function and I liked that I can take photos and record videos. I really like that the pop-up flash is in the middle of the camera's top line and not in a corner where your fingers can rest like most other pocket cameras, so you don't have to hold the flash when the camera tries to open it. In summary, this is exactly what I wanted in a pocket camera, despite being slightly larger and a few grams heavier than most pocket cameras. I prefer to carry it in a small shoulder strap than in my bag so I also bought a small compact Lowepro camera bag which is perfect for this camera as it has nice padding, small internal pockets for an extra battery and memory cards. and a place to store my car keys, camera wipers, etc. I added a Velcro strip to the outer back pocket to secure anything flat I plan to carry (Dr License, $$, cr card, etc.). ). I love photographing my pets at home, so this camera is always hung in a bag that I can reach out to quickly. Pet face detection is fun, as is the "beauty" effect for portrait photos. Also, the touchscreen makes it easy to take photos if you like the touchscreen features.
