Collapses for easy storage. REVIEW ✅ Durable. CHECK✅Easy to clean. CHECK✅Capacity 5 liters. NOT RIGHT! I bought this specifically to make Greek style yogurt. I make a batch of yogurt with a gallon of milk at a time, then strain to remove some of the whey for a thicker product. seats left. That's not the case. A gallon of yogurt fills the strainer completely, even spills a bit, and I couldn't squeeze out the last half glass or so. (I had to eat it. No problem.) This product will work as intended, but barely.
