A small booklet is included, it is useful and shows how it looks on men and women. This is extremely helpful when trying to figure out how it is on the human body. Immediate support and relief after a long day of work and constant standing. It's nice and flexible enough to bend just enough to perform normal tasks. The material is comfortable and does not rub against the skin. It works well to provide compression which helps with my fibromyalgia. Would recommend to anyone wanting to try the back brace. It is true to size, but straight out of the box it's a bit tight, but when you put it on it's not that tight.
