I have tried many similar products. That's the best for me. Two tips for using: 1) Take out the metal strips and bend them into a curved shape. This will give a much better fit. 2) Wear it backwards (velcro on the back). it actually offers better support. Try it! Good product!

I find the height of this back brace to be perfect which I need for my longer torso. The firm grip feels great and I can work a full 12 hour shift with no back pain. I'm sure it's because of my size, but the corsets fall on my thigh bones and can cause some discomfort over time. Although worth it.

I followed the size guide and chose a medium size. (My waist is 33 inches). He is too big. Unfortunately, when I tried to return it, I found out that it came from China. So I'll stick with it unless I want to lose more money. The product is strong and solid on the back but not being able to get the right size and being unable to return it to Revain is extremely inconvenient.

I tore a muscle around T7, right between my shoulder blades, so a typical back brace doesn't reach that height. Due to the injury, my rib cage was sore all over from the redistribution of work that the back muscles normally do, so I bought this and it was perfect! It actually gives me support in my back and prevents rib pain because the pressure it puts allows those muscles to relax and heal. I was able to come off my muscle relaxants and go back to work.

A small booklet is included, it is useful and shows how it looks on men and women. This is extremely helpful when trying to figure out how it is on the human body. Immediate support and relief after a long day of work and constant standing. It's nice and flexible enough to bend just enough to perform normal tasks. I love this brace, I've messed up my back over the years but it usually sits very low on the back where other braces don't help much. This back brace is great! I'm 5'4 and about 125 pounds with a 32-33 waist. I ordered size M because the reviews said it was a size up and was slightly larger than I would have liked. I can still attach it with velcro, but it's close to the edge of the velcro and I have to glue the secondary straps to the main body, not to each other. Size S would probably fit better.
