Review on πŸ‘ TANDCF XL Back Support Brace - Adjustable Lumbar Support Belt for Women & Men - Waist Trainer Belt for Entire Back Pain Relief - Maintains Spine Alignment & Safety by Clayton Morris

This back brace is great! I'm 5'4 and about 125 pounds with a 32-33 waist. I ordered size M because the reviews said it was a size up and was slightly larger than I would have liked. I can still attach it with velcro, but it's close to the edge of the velcro and I have to glue the secondary straps to the main body, not to each other. Size S would probably fit better. I also pulled out the metal bars and bent them a bit, as someone said in a review, to better fit the shape of my back. They are completely straight, but can be bent with a little effort. I like the bar support and I like the stay width. I have 4 bulging discs and one that made me unable to sit or stand last week. This brace is more useful than my old one which had plastic supports and was much shorter. It's actually best if I put this one on and then put my old one over it (shown in the photos). I am very active and this configuration relieves my pain the most. If I only had braces I would definitely go for these. It stays in place really well. My old one goes up really high and I have to pull it down all the time. I highly recommend it to people who don't want to be bedridden. The material appears to be of good quality as does the tailoring.
