***EDIT*** The customer service team of this company reached out to me and replaced both headsets free of charge. I am super happy they did that and I would recommend this company for that reason. The new sets are working fine and I appreciate the help.Both stopped working after a month or so. My kids sat and used them for remote learning only so there is no reason they should have just stopped working. Not eligible for return at this point either 😡
