The best part is that I can do my work from anywhere in the world! It's like having me at your desk, but instead you're sitting about 1 hour away from me while doing it! Nothing yet because we have only been using it for almost 2 months now, so there aren't any issues as of right now. Once we've used it long enough, then if/when problems arise, they will be solved very quickly by their support team. This program has helped us save time when communicating internally and externally. We are able to send documents via email without needing to print them out or go through our office printer.
