Do not buy this set. The nets are fine except they are too big and only fit in these bins. I really wanted them to like it and I even bought a set as a gift (thank god I haven't given it to them yet). But the baking sheet literally deformed diagonally, and suddenly, at 2:00 a.m., the fat from the sausage came down onto the bottom of my oven, causing the fat to burn to the bottom of the oven and setting off all the smoke alarms in the house amidst the smoke. Night. Not cool with a sleeping husband and a 1 year old kid. I decided to try the second one and used it to toast the buns and melt the cheese on them in a toaster oven at about 325F. The second pan did the same. At least this time there was no fat to throw in. The racks are nice and sturdy, but too big to fit in standard commercial/1/4 tin pans.
