The shampoo didn't work like Kerastase.
I have been using and loving Kerastase for over ten years now. This is the second bottle I've bought from this customer. The first bottle was great. This second bottle wasn't very good. Shampoo is usually pearly, ivory and creamy. This time the same shampoo was CLEAR but smelled ok. After washing, I also used the Kerastase conditioner. I couldn't brush my hair (it's platinum blonde) and it's never happened before I'm disappointed and I might just have to return it and buy the shampoo locally.
