Left is this case. Right is a $50 case.

Ok. So I initially ordered a $50 case when I preordered my s9. I was hoping I could find a cheaper alternative that provides a nicer aesthetic AND equal or better protection.I think the manufacturer provided a beautiful case. However, it is very flimsy. It is also not backed by honeycomb sides that would otherwise provide more security against drops.If you are looking for a case that can withstand the elements, this is not for you. If you are just in need of greasy fingerprint coverage this is definitely a beautiful option.
