The only thing that changed from my usual brushing (the dentist said I had one of the cleanest teeth they've ever seen) was this toothbrush; After 3 months of use I had a lot of plaque build up. I really liked the packaging and the charcoal floss, but my dental health is more important to me. If you want to try this product, I don't think it's worth buying in this bundle. . I thought I was getting quite a bit compared to the Sonic Toothbrush 1, but electric floss isn't worth trying. It's ineffective and I'm sure your teeth will thank you for a sonic toothbrush and regular floss instead. I will definitely return to my Sonic.
