Review on PencilBlue by Jon Garcia

My workday has become much more efficient with their customer support team! Their software system was easy to learn - there were very few questions or difficulties we had throughout our time working together (we used it exclusively). They've built an amazing online tool that helps me keep track of all communication regarding clients via email-to include any replies from them back directly into my inbox without having another window open.- This way I do not have multiple windows opening up each day in order just be able get everything done before heading out early when necessary so as avoid missing deadlines at times like this during COVID 19 pandemic world wide situation;-) I love how easy it was to use this software - you can do so much with just one click! It's very intuitive- anyone who uses computers (like myself) will be able to figure out what they need in no time at all.- The support team are also amazing when we have questions or problems!! We've had great success using pencilblue as our CMS because of its ease of implementation & ability to grow organically without having too many IT staff involved in order keep things running smoothly.
