Overall I'm impressed with these headphones but there are a few things that could be improved. Pros: The build quality is excellent. The earbuds fold compactly and are very flexible when they can be pulled apart to fit over the head. The noise cancellation works great in office environments where the air conditioning is noisy. The touch controls on the side are also great. The Bluetooth connection works great and is very reliable. I've only had a couple of bluetooth crashes in places with lots of other bluetooth devices and interference. In my house, I stay connected to my laptop even if I'm 30-40 feet away. cool design Many other noise-cancelling headphones look odd at times, but they do their job well while being stylish and functional. Cons: Noise-cancelling doesn't work well when there's not enough ambient noise to cancel it out. When noise cancellation is on and no music is playing, you may hear a faint white noise. It also doesn't deaden some noise as well as the neighbors' lawnmowers. The sound quality is excellent, but not excellent. I think there are better headphones out there if the sound bothers you, but if you're buying these headphones, you're probably buying them for the noise cancellation. The sound is better when you turn up the volume, but I'm not a big fan of turning up the volume on these because they can get REALLY loud quickly. I want the battery to charge faster. Battery life is great, but it takes forever to charge. I believe this is an issue that is being addressed by some of the newer Sony headphones.
