Update 6/24/19 I am absolutely disappointed in this group. I was so impressed with the customer service from this company that I really wish my first batch was defective for some reason. nope I wanted to take off my watch today and the bracelet broke. All in all it took 3 weeks instead of 2 this time. As I said in my original review, I've had the same Fitbit for years and only changed the strap because I wanted a different color. Excellent customer service is great. when they also offer a great product, which they don't. Update 6/3/19 Less than 24 hours after my review, the seller contacted me directly, apologized, contacted the manufacturer to let them know about the defective bracelet and sent me a free replacement. I added another star because I was honestly impressed with the customer service. If the new group holds up I have no problem getting 4 stars. (First rating) Until today there would have been a 4 to 5 star rating. Delivery, packaging, etc. everything is as it should be. I've had my Fitbit Blaze for a little over 2 years and just wanted to change the color. My original band is still perfect. About 2 weeks with the exact same wear and activity and this one has a tear. Extremely disappointing as I gave up another group. So 1 group for 2 years and now it looks like 2 groups per month. One could pay full price to replace the Fitbit brand.
