All in all, this is a great computer, but I ran into a few issues. First came the computer and didn't work for a while. Luckily, my college degree in computer hardware helped me troubleshoot, but to no avail. I have called and emailed Skytech technical support but still no reply which has been almost 3 weeks. After having no luck, I tried everything I could think of to fix the error. Finally, I just contacted Amazon customer service and they were blown away by this issue and shipped a replacement within 2 days. Again, PC is generally fine, it's just that Skytech will never be a company for me again.
