I had problems with three union nuts. One was not threaded at all, and the other two were only threaded halfway to the depth of the lug nut. I took them to my machine shop where they cut the bad burr out of the unthreaded one and then trimmed it. We then routed the bottom tap to the closed end of the other two lug nuts. My advice: Pierce each eye bolt with a 9/16"-18 threaded socket to clean the threads and remove rust from the last few threads. Pick a few eye bolts on this hub where you're going to try three or four at a time you can to compare how far you go before you put the wheels on the truck and tighten each of the nuts to a certain degree, if you meet resistance stop, unscrew the nut and check Check the threads visually Use an impact wrench 3 out of 32 is a good percentage - the manufacturer needs to get their process under control.
