I was happy to find a cheap vinyl as I make a lot of things for dance groups and my Etsy shop. I bought this twice. The first roll of vinyl had a line that looked like either different thicknesses of glue or different thicknesses of vinyl. I had a roll of vinyl. Even with a light pillow, it is difficult to weed. The second time I cut the same roll, it started sticking to the mat because Cricut cut it all the way through. When I tried to remove it from the mat the adhesive sheet stuck to the mat and the vinyl actually peeled off the sheet and I ended up scratching parts of my mat and damaging the mat, to remove the foil. I made some good shirts out of it. I used it on my heat press, set to 315 because I'm layering, but I definitely wouldn't leave the press at that temperature for more than 10 seconds. Overall it did what it needed to do, but the lack of consistency in the buns prompted me to use a sizer again. Unless you're running large projects or team assignments, I think it would be great and worth a little extra headache if it were inconsistent.
