They have been very proactive in implementing our new process, as well as supporting us with all of my questions. In addition to that they helped me navigate through some difficult issues related to visa requirements for foreign workers who are coming over from other countries (Mexico). The cost is high when compared to others out there but I believe it's worth every penny! Their customer service has also been amazing - we've never had an issue where communication was not clear or their support team didn't answer quickly enough. It would be great if they could provide more detailed reports about what processes were used by each employee so you can verify this yourself before hiring them again. We're using them because of their expertise and because we trust them implicitly. The team was very professional and delivered on their promises. They were very easy to work with and responsive. I would definitely recommend CXC Global. They are a great team to work with. They have a great understanding of our business and were able to deliver on their promises.
