Their team is very responsive, they are able to help with many needs that we have had for our contingent workforce (salaried employees who report into us). They also offer great support in getting all of your paperwork done correctly so you can avoid any issues down-the road! I don't think there's anything wrong at this time but would love it if their payroll was more robust - not sure why some things aren’t available as options when creating an employee profile or setting up benefits packages

They have been very proactive in implementing our new process, as well as supporting us with all of my questions. In addition to that they helped me navigate through some difficult issues related to visa requirements for foreign workers who are coming over from other countries (Mexico). The cost is high when compared to others out there but I believe it's worth every penny! Their customer service has also been amazing - we've never had an issue where communication was not clear or their support

I like that they have been able to provide me with so much support for my team, even though we are spread out across multiple states in different time zones!
