Love them! I tried it out as soon as it got home and I LOVE IT! Portion size is perfect! I eat once a day (OMAD) and needed something that could help me maintain some sort of control over how much and what I eat at mealtimes. It's absolutely perfect! I can put carbs in the second largest compartment and make proteins the star of the meal; or replace refined carbohydrates with vegetables. so many possibilities. Absolutely delighted! I will update later if I see rust issues or others. There are two trays, each with 5 compartments. They are deep enough for some liquids like Habichelas Guisadas or Pollo Guisado. Wouldn't use with soups unless you want a really small garnish.
