Review on Vive Ankle Brace Compression for Sprained Ankles by Jon Garcia

Purchased December 2016 Excellent ankle brace from Vive Health fits well and offers very good stability and great comfort around the house. Orthosis well made - durable - easy to understand / easy to put on - I didn't need any guidance as I'm a former player / semi-pro ball player / retired ball catcher - have experienced many ankle / knee braces in 40 years of all sports / injuries. My recent ankle/knee/leg sprain - not broken but ankle pain/instability severe enough that I also bought fracture walking shoes for limited walks to doctor/meetings/physiotherapy - walking/weight severe ankle pain level 7-9 without fixation - Ankle pain from wearing this brace is reduced to a pain level of 4-6 during walking/exercising. I would highly recommend this brace, just check your foot/ankle measurements for the best size/fit of this brace. I am a female but due to multiple foot issues/injuries (plantar fasciitis/arthritis/pain etc.) I need to wear men's size 9.5-10 shoes. in the foot area and does not adjust around the end of the foot area support but is still comfortable for me. The rest of the brace is adjustable: 2 long straps and 2 velcro straps on the back of the brace work great! This bandage also fits my foot while my Skechers flip flops, Acorn slippers and Nike shoes have a very comfortable fit. I bought these braces at full price and received no advertising from Vive Health. Note: I bought/tried a few braces and then returned others that didn't work/don't fit - good luck!
