These sheets protect my work surface and ensure a clean cut surface. Abrasion on the plastic is minimal so far, but I haven't used them that long. I like being able to take them, bend them, and pour cooked food into a pot or bowl. The sheets are very light in a good way. I like the dark charcoal color best on the countertop and prefer not to use it for convenience. I could do without the lighter gray and white tones. I would also prefer sheets without stickers. By the way, they don't stick to my countertop; They glide everywhere despite the structured back.
