Unsatisfactory, upset by this product.

Overall, disappointed with the purchase. From headphones for 27.000 you expect more reliability. And now it’s quarantine, I’ve been on the road very little in them (metro, trains). I am very disappointed that for 4 months the headphones came to such a state.
Before that, there were ears for 5500. Yes, there are much fewer functions, but they also work fine. And so far (1.5 years have passed) the ear pads have not torn on them.
It turns out that for the price of Bose Noise Canceling Headphones 700 I can buy ears 5 times for ~5500, which would be enough for me for a very, very long time.

Pros

Sound, noise reduction, design. Much has already been said about the benefits.

Cons

I have been using headphones for 4 months. I'm giving it a bad rating for 2 reasons: 1) The ear pads have come apart at the seam (new ones cost ~1500). I have this for the first time. Even the cheapest and most ordinary ears lasted about a year. 2) Constantly there are some incomprehensible situations with the battery charge. It is written that the ears hold a charge up to 20 hours. I just took it off the charge, it said that I have 12 hours. Less critical disadvantages for me: 3) Sometimes there are some incomprehensible situations with bluetooth connection. It starts some kind of electronic noise, then it starts endlessly saying "connected to .". 4) They began to creak sometimes.
