
Bought this kit for 2 different chandeliers in my house on 2 different switches. Within 1 hour of use, 2 bulbs in one stopped working and 1 bulb flickered in the other. So only 3 in a 6 pack worked. I declined to engage with the RMA processing for two reasons: (1) - since the initial hit rate is only 50% of the box, I doubt the quality control and (2) - there was no clear or easy way to get the to contact support. There isn't even a small card in the box or a label on the box telling how to get assistance. I have since replaced that purchase with an e12 to e26 adapter which allows me to use my standard LED bulbs and although there are only a few bulbs fitted in a unit I am very glad I don't have multiple types of bulbs in my house must entertain. Oh when I bought the adapter kit it came with a little card with some information including a scannable (DO NOT SCAN!) barcode to contact support. Much luck!
