Great tool to keep track and monitor KPIs across multiple locations
The dashboard gives you all of your information in one place, so it makes sense for me as an operator or manager when I need access quickly! It can be difficult at times if there are issues with connecting via wifi/internet but this could just have been my fault more than anything else since they do offer support through their website too (which was not very helpful).
Overall great system though!! Definitely would recommend trying out ampers first before purchasing any other systems like MESs etc.. They provide training which helps ease some concerns about learning how everything works together once installed properly by them after purchase from another vendor - definitely worth looking into getting trained up here rather then buying something off ebay haha :) Real time monitoring allows us see what processes go wrong without having someone come down everyday checking things manually vs being able use these tools easily online whenever needed instead.
