I can't start the Netflix app

First of all I can't find how to contact the manufacturer to ask a technical question or questions. My questions are: 1.) I can't get the native Netflix app to work. may I come inside. I can choose a profile. then the whole netfxix application hangs. I'm stuck on a screen that looks like a webpage to choose a movie to watch. But the only thing I can do is close the application. I can't click anything, I can't move around the screen. it's just frozen. I restarted and tried again, cleared the cache. It didn't work and the screen gets stuck on the movie selection screen which I can't navigate. All I can do is do a factory reset and then try again. I tried updating the system and app but it didn't work2.) I can't download the Netflix app again. If I delete it and try to download it again, I can't find it in the play store. You will need to perform a factory reset to restart the Netflix app. 3.) I can't find Disney+ in the Play Store search. It doesn't show up in Play Store searches. The internal speakers are very good. The downloaded Android app is very easy to use. :) The picture quality is very good BUT I have TWO dead pixels. And I will only come back for that fact. I want to give this one more stars. I rate with 2 stars. I will happily switch if we can fix these issues. EDIT: 11/2 ok now i get it. I was able to plug in a USB mouse and use the mouse pointer to navigate the entire app, which is much easier. I hit a bump again. As mentioned above, I was able to connect a mouse via USB (dongleless, USB enabled mouse without a dongle/transmitter) and you can actually navigate the entire application with your mouse pointer. AWESOME, isn't it? Well I got Netflix, Hulu, Prime working (still no Disney+ app which is a big bummer), no problem in my basement. warmed up and watched live TV. THEN I carried it out into the driveway. I connected through the Eero mesh and could see that in my driveway just sitting there I had about 60% signal, but when I started streaming or downloading content my signal dropped to 40, 10 and then no signal, no transmission. buffer, buffer. then try again. Move it closer and it worked, but my 120" screen became 80". I even tried turning the ISP's Wi-Fi back on and connecting directly (Eero Mesh two-pass network) and got similar results. I understand this is an M processor, but is there anything that can be done to increase the Wi-Fi signal strength? (I was able to connect to my ipad via HDMI and watch what I wanted, just great when you're on the go) again. Great picture (but I have two dead pixels. I'll be back for a replacement.) The built-in speakers work fine when you're within 10 feet of the projector. I hooked up a Bose speaker via BT pretty quickly. Connecting a mouse to a projector makes life easier, oh yeah. last strange thing. Remote control; You must be in front of or behind the projector. Can't get it to work when I was on the projector side, with focus and keystone correction, super easy to hook everything up via HDMI
